They outsource their recruitment, and the outsourced company was very unprofessional and disrespectful to other people's time. They cancelled the meeting just 10 minutes before then sent another invitation a week later. And simply didn't show up to the meeting link they sent, also didn't bother to actually cancel the meeting beforehand, nor answer my email to apologise or explain. I had to arrange my working schedule several times for nothing. If a company doesn't care about the quality of their recruitment process, I would think twice about the company's approach toward their employees.
