I was recruited through early careers programme for CAs. There were 4 rounds - Behavioural assessment test, first round interview - to check your communication skills and resumed based questions, second round interview - questions relating to AFM and FR (especially bonds, interest rate swaps etc.) and a third HR round interview.

Two Stages: 1.Group Discussion & 2.Personal Interview It was quality interview. The Process was quite organised .Moderate difficulty.Speak with confidence and clarity.Just revise the basics .there were questions from basics. It will be tested
