The interview had 2 stages. Stage 1 was a panel of three interviewers. Basic personality questions with questions on your knowledge of the responsibility associated with the role. You may also be asked questions away from Banking to test your knowledge of happenings around your business environment.
Stage 2 was the country head of retail. Basic questions like why you want to work with Standard Chartered Bank, how you manage work pressure, also your past experience and selling skills.

Excellent . I enjoyed the process and the manager was supportive.
It did not take long because I had worked for them before. I wish all hiring managers were like that.
