The IG program does not sponsor working visa so you have to submit your application where you have working permits.

Being unfamiliar with banking industry by the time of interview really caused me troubles, but I believe the interviewers were more interested in my logical thinking and basic business acuments.

It all started with a behavioural test,then we had a logical and numerical reasoning test. Before the interviews started. We had a phone interview, then 1st business interview with a panel and then final business interview with the Head of the business.
