Initial communication: I registered online and took the psychometric analysis tests until March 2013. At that point, I was informed that I had passed that stage and would be through to the telephonic interview. The telephonic interview, outsourced to and conducted by, a company in Chennai. Questions: 1. "Tell us about a time when you had to work with someone with a differing opinion?" 2. "Tell us about a time when you excelled under pressure" 3. "Tell us about a time when you had to overcome adversity" ADVICE: Be clear with your answer, keep it short but be able to elaborate. Show how you managed your time, show how you managed the people you worked with - BOTH VERY KEY! After this interview, it was onto the face-to-face interviews. The first of three entailed a group session and an individual interview with a panel of 3. The second of which was with one of the Business Heads. The third of which was with two people from the team that I would potentially be joining at the end of the program.
