The interview process was typical, started off with an initial phone screen. There was some delay, which was to be expected due to the school closure at the end of the year and the first call was in December. I heard back in mid-January and had a panel interview with the whole team. I asked at the end of the interview the time frame that I could expect to hear about next steps and was told I would hear from them in round 2 weeks, Almost 2 months later, still have not heard anything. I could see them not responding to people after the initial phone screen, but it seems like there should be a handful of people who are doing the full panel interview that either way, moving on in the process or not, it would be respectful to send follow-up.
