Really simple Qualtrics form to fill out first, then I was interviewed by a group of Front Desk Supervisors, like 5 of them at once. Really straightforward, I assume because they know that people are usually only working the job because they want to stay on campus for the summer and for the free housing. No "Why do you want this job" questions, the interview consisted more of talking through your conflict resolution style as well as teamwork and leadership styles.
