I got an email from someone in the HR office to set up an interview. Arrived there was the HR person I was in contact with and the supervisor of the position in the interview, was asked the everyday interview questions: tell us about yourself, give us an everyday scenario what your day is like at your present position, what would your coworkers say about you. Pretty standard, very nice people.

Applied online, didn't hear anything for about a month and a half. Had a 45 minute phone screening interview (every question was a "tell me a time..." prompt), a 6 person panel interview on zoom about a week after the initial screening (questions were similar to the screening questions), then an hour and a half 1 on 1 in person "interview" (was more of a get to know you, see if personalities mesh chat) a week after the panel. Received an offer 2 days after the in person interview. Background check and onboarding took almost 3 weeks. My first day was 3 months to the day since my initial application. Luckily I could afford to wait the LONG hiring/onboarding process out, but I don't know how they expect people who need jobs asap to wait 3 months. The offer was quite fair, in my opinion - closer to the top end of the range shown on the ad.
