After 13 interviews with every member of the staff, I realized that they would be unable to make business decisions without group involvement. I'm glad I went through the process to learn about their culture and how they made decisions. We were not a good fit.

I applied online and the hiring manager called me the very next to schedule a screen. I then talked to the hiring manager who seemed nice but offered little in the way of feedback or response. I emailed her 4 weeks later and she did not even bother to update me on the status. Very unprofessional and complete lack of respect of interviewees time.
