Colloquio
First a phone interview with HR. Second was 2 half hour calls from various merchants. Last step was a series if 3 on site interviews. The first 2 lasted hours because I was being considered for multiple positions. Usually in 30min increments.

They asked a lot about v look ups and pivot tables. Mostly asking about my experience and how it would relates to/would benefit this role.
Came in for an in person interview with a few team members, all very friendly! I went through a staffing agency and it was a very easy process, was given my offer relatively soon after interviewing.
There was a phone interview to start. The next step was to have a 3-4 back to back interviews, where different merchants interviewed me. I then got an offer a few days later.

Overall a very negative experience. Applied to a virtual hiring event. First interview was very behavioral. If you pass that then there's 3 other interviews with various merchants. It was over zoom, which was the only pro I can think of. After the interview they sent me an email saying I chose to withdraw lol. Very unorganized company and process. Pay is below market, long hours, potential layoffs, cutthroat environment, not sure if it's commission based but who knows. Look elsewhere.
