2 step process. Met with supervisors and then General manager. Very standard questions. Respectful, polite. Expected you to know brief history of the company and their values. The process was efficient, quick. I had two interviews, the first with supervisors the second was with general manager. I was offered the role within a week of my first interview. Basic questions were asked where i described in detail previous experiences and situations. Nothing too surprising was asked. Very standard and tyicpal.

I applied online with a resume and got a phone call for an interview (one on one) the same week. They told me they would discuss the hiring decision for the position with another manager and then give me a call. I got offered a position a day later by another manager. Once they did a background check, I started a week later.
