ok it was fine, the employer was friendly and asked easy questions, they did not call me back though. that is i think a problem with the company. every thing else was pretty ok.

Casual, inside the cafe during normal business hours. The manager let me pick a drink of my choice on the house which was nice. Interview questions were situation based and most were customer service based to see what you have done in the past to go above and beyond for a customer, or asking you to tell about a time you managed a stressful situations in a calm and timely manner.
