I applied online, you will choose five locations and I got a call from my priority location. I was scheduled to have an interview, its 1:1 interview and was told to come again for a second interview because that's the company policy. and yeah you will get a free complimentary drink of your choice.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
