The interview was pleasant, went quickly. However it took a while to hear back from them in order to get an interview. They wanted to know a lot about the position and as a recent graduate it was hard to answer some of the questions but they also knew that I had little experience so it wasn't so bad.

The first phase is a phone screening. This is where HR will ask you generic questions and even a few easy math questions so be prepared to answer those (and possibly have a calculator on hand if you get nervous). The second stage is an in-person interview. This can be with as many teams have an opening. You will usually meet with at least two team members, all of which are supervisor level or above. You then hear back pretty quickly (usually a few days later as to whether you got the position or not).

I applied for this position online with employee referral. I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Phone interview asked basic questions about my resume along with about 3 behavioral questions like "How do you handle pressure/deadline?" or "Any experience with project management", etc.
