There wasn't organization or communication between Human Resources and the Managers that were doing the interviews for this position. The last interview was supposed to be done face-to-face in Madrid, but no one was at the office. The interview was done by phone instead, and didn't reschedule at least a teams meeting for another day. Anyway, I went to all the way down there in the office to do a phone interview.
