Call with a recruiter initially, then an interview, followed by a chat with the chief control officer. I had quite a poor experience, they were late initially, and the main interviewer was doing something else at the start of the interview (something about a committee paper). I laughed it off but it was a very poor vibe. The interview was very ‘off the cuff’ - questions were asked mainly based on my answers - I didn’t get the opportunity to answer an example based question throughout.
