Laid Back. Easy going questions. Group setting with all employees, but not difficult by any means. Comfortable setting where it makes the interviewee feel more relaxed in the interview. not too bad

Brief, but there was a writing report about future goals and how you will achieve it. Being able to speak Chinese or Spanish will be a huge plus! Be prepared to be able to talk to a huge array of personalities
