Very tough questions. One on one conversation between interviewee and interviewer. Make sure you make eye contact with the interviewee. I had to call people to set up appointments for the agent and to let them know there payments were late, etc. I also had to do a personality and learning to test to see how I mesh with the agent and other team members.

I was called by a screener who asked me basic questions about myself: strengths, weaknesses. The call lasted about 15 minutes. He didn't seem to know many of details about the position. This seems to be the process for State Farm.
