My interview process started off great with the HR Director. We had some great conversation and I was quickly moved to the next round. So in the next round, I was told to dress professional, do some prep work, I was fairly excited about speaking with a potential new boss. I have more than the recommended amount of experience for the role, I was pretty excited to get into the interview. However, my potential future boss was late, dressed in a t-shirt, and barely even looked at the screen (Zoom Call) while I was interviewing. Constantly apologizing for a distraction whether it was the dog or children. Typing non-stop while "listening" to me. I've never had a interview quite like it. I reached back out after several days and 30 mins later got an automated message they had moved on. Seemed like the person was in over their head.
