It was pretty much easy. I just be cool , calm. its nothing to get the job. I put in the application at 8:30pm got a call around 12 noon the next day. Interview a day later . job the same day and work the next week . just dress causal,no visible tattoos , n no jeans

I was a little irked that the man who actually contacted me for the interview wasn't there for the interview and waited about 15 minutes for someone to speak to me but the people who came to speak to me were very polite, friendly and informative and I was asked back for a second interview with the man who initially contacted me so fingers crossed!

I had an one on one interview with steak n shake back in the year 2010. On arrival i was greeted with kindness by the workers if the front of the restaurant. The interview process started shortly after arrival and only lasted about 20 minutes. I spoke with the manager and was asked series of questions about myself, my experience, and what i could offer the company. It was to the point but had a sense of friendliness right of the bat. I felt comfortable and would recommend working at this company.
