Was easily able to apply online by uploading my resume to their website. Within a few days, I heard from their Chief Talent Officer via email who set up a time for me to come in for the interview. Was greeted at the door by their office manager who offered me a beverage while I waited in the interview room. The interview was very casual and comfortable. I felt like the interviewers wanted to help me get the experience I needed from this internship. They asked which areas of the company I was interested in and set me up with a mentor in the company. Overall, felt that the interview helped me understand more about the company and was an effective way to help talk about experience I was looking for and also talk about which sector would be my best fit for the internship.
