My interview process at Stenn took approx 3 weeks, the whole process was really clear and stress-free. Started with a quick call with their talent lead Mike, just quick intros and then straightaway informed me I'd move to the next round and explained what the process would be like. That same week I had an hour long conversational interview with the Lead Designer, at the end I was informed I'd again be moving to the next round which would introduce me to two future design colleagues, booked in for the following week. Throughout this time, Mike kept me updated and informed. Before each interview they provided a briefing doc on what would be covered and if I needed to prepare anything ahead. Next was another 1 hour interview over video call, starting with a few general design competency questions, then I talked through a case study from my portfolio. Felt very conversational and I was able to ask lots of questions about their experiences at Stenn. The last interview took place with the CPTO, more of a culture fit interview where I was able to ask lots of questions about the company and plans for the product team. The next day I was offered the position, which I accepted.
