First there was a phone call interview which was pretty standard and open ended allowing for a broad range of conversation paths followed by a surprise brain teaser. The interviewer was very nice and was an overall pleasant experience. The second interview was at the office where 4 current employees sat in a conference room with you asking slightly more technical questions but allowing you to direct conversation. After they have finished questions you take a short excel quiz consisting of vloopup and sumif functions.
