Not a professionally run company. The company has no focus, during the interview they mentioned they want to be a medical distributor/manufacturer, run a transportation business, make a microbiology lab, continue the MDR business among other ideas. Management appears to say anything they think will get a candidate interested. After the interview they will request your references right away. Then they will offer the job to more than 1 candidate and string you along stating "we are preparing the offer" just wait for us it's coming. The emails you receive from the company will be unprofessional (i.e. incorrect position referenced, name incorrect). They will invite you for an interview on less than 2-3 hours notice treating you like your time is not valued. Have some self esteem and work for people that treat you with respect from the beginning. Do not allow them to waste your time!
