It was mainly a phone interview. Spoke with the CEO Angel Mehta, he was very friendly over the phone. We chatted for ten to fifteen minutes. He explained what the position was and wanted to make sure I fully understood it. We then got into discussion about compensation and then he mentioned his administrator would reach out to me. Because it was a recruiter position, I think the interview more about me being able to build rapport with over the phone in a short amount of time.
