Full day of interviews and Detroit tour (lots of creepy adulation and adoration of Dan Gilbert (the man backer and founder of Stockx and owner of half of Detroit))
Everyone I interviewed with was a white dude.

Long and with numerous leaders. The overall process took over 30 days with 5 individuals to interview with. Each of which were in different segments of the business. They emphasized collaborative working environments.
