In-store application followed up by a phone call and one-on-one interview. The interviewer was very nice and accommodating rather than intimidating. The position was offered on the spot upon the conclusion of the interview.

There was no actual interview. I went into the store to speak to a manager about a job and they basically brought me upstairs and hired me, asked me my availabilty, etc.
