There were 3 rounds of interview. 1st with hr department employee, then Credit Division Manager and lastly with the HR division manager. The interviews were separated several weeks from one to another.

5 people in the commision askingto introduce yourself, your carrent job duties, why you want to change the company and for what minimum salary you will accept to work for them. Only one man (i think the regional director is asking the questions and the others are just listening)
