Hr screening, project and on-site interview. Need leet coding experience to do well on the on-site interview. I thought interview process was rather molded to find someone who did lots of interview preps rather than who actually have skills.
Got the standard HR screening and an interview with a hiring manager. Then was given a take home case assignment. They said it would take <8 hours; it ended up taking nearly double that. A lot of time was spent trying to open their data files (given in 1m+ row Excel files). You synthesize and write a proposal document to submit for review.
