The interview process was straightforward. It began with an info interview followed by 3 formal interviews all with different members of the team providing a well rounded picture of the company culture. The process took roughly 3-4 weeks and every step was clearly and promptly communicated.

The interview process entailed a mix of role specific questions and questions getting to know me as an individual. My favorite personable question was along the lines of “If we were to talk to the team about you, what’s one thing about you that you’d like us to relay to them?”
