Really long and a complete waste of time. I applied through a recruiter, did a phone interview then in person. Then the Gallup test psychological profiling. Followed by 6 interviews all a week apart all with different sets of people. Each time they said the same thing "you're a great fit, you'll hear the decision in a couple of days". Then I'd wait a week and find out I had to go in again for another interview with another 2-3 staff. You can't follow up on interviews yourself because their HR department is not allowed to be contacted directly. Two weeks after my final interview my recruiter was begging them daily for feedback and they finally let her know there was no offer because I had implied something in that final interview that suddenly meant I wasn't a good fit. Advice: don't waste time on this. On another note, after so many interviews I would have thought at least one staff member would be female...

Do you like to go with the flow or stick to a plan?
I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview about a week after submitting my application. An hour before the scheduled time, she asked to reschedule. During the rescheduled interview, I was placed on hold just a few minutes in so she could take a call from internal personnel. When she returned, she asked me a question but interrupted me mid-response, even though she had requested a detailed explanation. The entire conversation felt rushed, as if my time wasn’t valued. Overall, the experience came across as disorganized and unprofessional. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this company.

Contacted by Stryker recruiter (cold call, they found me). Had an intro call with the recruiter. Had an intro call with the hiring manager. Went through their Gallup interview. Had another interview with the HM. Had an interview with the Senior Director of HR. Had an interview with a couple of VPs. At this point the process has taken about 2 months. Heard nothing for a few weeks. Followed up with the recruiter. Heard nothing. Followed up again. Recruiter said they were still talking to candidates but I was very much in the running. Heard nothing. Followed up 3 more times with the recruiter. Heard nothing. Followed up with Sr Director of HR. No response. Sometime in the last month or so my application was switched to “inactive” on the Stryker website.
All in all, a pretty disappointing process for a company that told me how they were all about personal responsibility, accountability, and getting results.

They use Gallup to conduct a survey that takes an an hour. Personality assessment with random questions with no context. You just have to answer.
