First two interviews went pleasant, the interviewer was generally interested in my CV and overal experience, Gallup interview was not as open as I was expecting. Didn't hear a negative feedback until two months later despite reminding several times.

My interview process with Stryker was promising at the beginning, with a positive HR interview, an engaging session with the hiring manager, followed by the Gallup assessment. However, after the interviews, there was a month-long silence, which left me uncertain about my candidacy. Despite sending a polite reminder after 10 days, I received no concrete updates. When I followed up again after a few weeks, it took another week to get a rejection without any feedback. The lack of timely communication and feedback showed a lack of respect for candidates. It appears that the experience for candidates may not align with the company's esteemed reputation as the world's best workplace, which is disheartening.
