There were a lot of steps and not a ton of communication. The interviews went well and they did try to get to know you as a person and how you interact with others.
3-4 rounds - First interview with the recruiter, second interview with supervisor/team leads, 3/4 interview with a panel of people. Expect situational questions and answer with the STAR method. Everyone is super nice!

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.
