The interview process starts with a phone call from a talent acquisition specialist to have a chat about your experience and your CV to see if you are suitable to the role. If successful you will get a second interview with the hiring manager for the role you have applied. This is the standard type of competency based interview with scenario based questions included. If successful you will be put forward for a Gallop interview. This is worth looking in to further and preparing for.

3 total rounds: 1:1 with HM, Gallup Assessment online, and 2 panels for the final round in person, 30 min with each panelist plus a full team chat at the end.

A waste of time. Phone interview and then video interview. I followed up weekly for three weeks. They ignored my email and they finally just rejected. They clearly don’t respect others time
