There were three rounds. First was an HR round with basic questions. Second was an assignment round where I had to create a story set, a caption, and a post using their brand guidelines. The final round was with the CEO where we discussed a few questions and salary. The process was smooth and a good experience. I'm now working here and learning a lot every day.

The interview process includes a quick telephonic round to understand your background, followed by a task-based assignment to assess your skills. Final shortlisted candidates will have an online interview with the CEO to gauge alignment with the brand’s vision and working style.
