The Subsplash team is great and responsive! Was able to schedule an initial phone call and both two subsequent interviews, one with the Sales Team and another with two members of Management, within a week.

The process took one month in total. The experience included questions to respond to, an initial phone call, a team interview and then an interview with higher leadership. Everyone was very direct, honest and made mention of the company values of humility, innovation and excellence.

Everyone was so kind, and I had a positive experience. The HR representative would give helpful hints before every interview, and fun facts about the person I would be interviewing with. They really want to get to know you and I can tell their priority is to find a culture fit.
