It was very quick and easy. They invited me into the store and had me sit down at one of the tables up front so I could see the work environment and be in a public area around the customers. It was a very casual interview and they tried to make me feel comfortable and didn't pressure me too hard to have extremely fancy answers. They then told me that they would be in contact with me soon and called me within the week to let me know that I was hired.

Q: Why do you think you would be good at working at Subway?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
