Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Subway (Salmon, ID) nel mese di gen 2012
Colloquio
there basically wasn't much of an interview process. I filled out a very basic application including previous work history, education, availability, and basic "how would you deal with an angry customer" types of questions. The application was a joke. I was pretty much hired on the spot because I can count change. It was a very laughable hiring process.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
How would you make change for (some amount) if a customer gave you a $10 bill.

Colloquio
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
