The interview was pretty easy. I applied online and got a call from the hiring manager the next day. She told me the times that were open for an interview and I told her what time worked for me. It was a very short interview, lasting only 8 minutes. She asked me about my availability and if I had reliable transportation. She also asked if I had any work experience and I told her yes and she asked what my customer service skills were like and if I've dealt with difficult customers and how. She told me that a health card was required but since I'm already working in the food industry and am looking for a second job I already had my health card. She asked if I liked to multi-task and that everyone is crossed trained and knows how to do everything in the store. She told me that if hired the uniform would be provided and there's an online training course that would be completed in store and that it would be paid and then it would transition to hands-on training. She said that she would be doing call backs two days after my interview but sadly I never received a call.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
