Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

The interview was really short and simple. They ask the general interview questions. I got interviewed by the store manager and then the general manager that is in charge of several stores. You just have to go presentable and be conifident when you go in for the interview and you should be able to get the job easily. It really is not that hard to get a job at subway. I would recommend as a first job. Oh yeah, and always have a smile on your face!

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
