Pretty easy, pick a time, go down answer typical interview questions like how long you can work, can you work weekends, how long u plan to work for. Once they are done and you have what they need, you are pretty much hired.

I was scheduled to meet at the location I was applying at by the hiring manager. They brought me in and the hiring manager didn't actually show up. I was told by an employee that they weren't going to make it. I got the job anyway.

Chat in the dining room one on one with the area manager, structured questions but relaxed, pretty reasonable. They were relatively friendly through out the process. No complaints at all. Pretty casual. Also asked questions about how I would handle certain issues.
