      The interview process was professional, organized, and moved quickly through multiple rounds. The interviewers were friendly and pleasant to speak with. That said, the interviews themselves felt somewhat one-sided. Much of the conversation centered on my background, experience, and questions about the role, while relatively few questions were asked regarding my qualifications, accomplishments, or approach to the work. As a result, it was difficult to gauge how candidates were being evaluated or what skills were most important for success in the position. Communication also became inconsistent during the final stage of the process. After completing multiple interviews, more than two weeks passed without any updates. I ultimately learned the position had been filled, but only after sending two separate follow-up emails requesting a status update. Overall, the process was professional, but greater engagement during interviews and more proactive communication would have made for a stronger candidate experience. Advice to Leadership: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates, particularly during the final stages. Candidates invest significant time preparing for and participating in multiple interviews and appreciate transparency regardless of the outcome.
