Its 3-4 part process very lengthy. You get an initial phone call from someone who asks a few questions, than email stating the time of your 2nd interview with the marketing director, all he does is sell the company to you, not asking any quesgions about you or your experience or anything. Then you are told to send him an email stating why you would be the best fit for the position. 2 days later you get an email with a mandatory 3rd interview with the regional mngr where he tells you youre hired and what to do for you first week. Its a long process

After ignorning there first request. I recived a second request 3 weeks later.When the recruiter called again. I had to undergo two tlephone Interviews 1 instore Interview where they lie and tell you the job has a base salary of $13.00 or $14.00 an hour. Later on once they have bated you in they flip the script and tell you that they told you it was commission only.
