Started with phone screen, then interview by department head. Following this process, they flew me in and probed with tech, quant, and management team to understand my complex model which took me years to develop with little discussion of specifics of the position and I asked often.

Well, it is a very wired firm. I got two around interviews. I introduced my strategies and my current roles. The second round, the guy told me he is in hurry and we only talked 15 minutes. Later I was told by recruiter I was passed for no reason.
I talked to many firms in my career and I never see such wired and irresponsible interview.
