First interview was over a zoom call I think from home. Simple questions were asked about why I was interested in this position. What kind of experience I had with children and mental health. Second was at a Starbucks in person with management and on zoom with a Bcba. Later that day in just hours I was called with an offer after completing the RBT exam and passing it.
