2 interviews one phone and one in person. Back round check extensive and was a very slow process and took two weeks just to get through. The HR lady was very nice but the interview with the manager at the hanger not so much. When he called you couldn't even understand him on the phone because of his accent. After having worked there it became apparent there was no real HR on the premises just the lousy manager they had to be HR.
