I forward my resume to non-profit social service agency recruiter and within a week he called me that I will have an interview with the CEO of the company and that their Accountant is leaving so they need new experienced accountant. I reached there 15 minutes earlier and told at reception to wait in the lobby. CEO came before that time and was very friendly and smiling.
