All interviews took 1 month. There were 3 in total. The interviews at the senior level were good, some questions were behavioural and others focused on fit. The concern was how the rejection after making it to the final round was delivered. The computerized and generic "thank you" email came on Saturday night at 10 pm. That kind of a response leaves a "bad taste" on one's mouth as it shows no respect to the other final candidate.
