The interview process lasted 3 months.First process was a coding challenge, then met up with the Hr rep a month later then the Software lead a month after, i.e Spetember, October to November. The Hr rep kept rescheduling the interview but was quite cool once we met for the interview. After meeting the Software Lead who had the final say, was emailed after two weeks and told that they had wanted someone from the other gender from the get go, making me wonder why I had wasted so much time on that interview process.
