Submitted my resume and got a call the next day to come in for an interview. Very straight forward and casual questions. Seemed like they were just getting to know your personality and if you can work in a team.

Very brief, to the point, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They seemed friendly and some people seemed very young. Looks like a small family business, so more relaxed working environment.
